McMichael & Gray, P.C. is seeking an experienced Associate Real Estate Attorney to join our Greenville, SC office.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established, high-performing team within a rapidly growing real estate law firm known for its exceptional culture, operational excellence, and long-standing client relationships across the Southeast.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in Real Estate Law, a strong attention to detail, and a client-first mindset.
This position offers the opportunity to step into an existing office with steady firm business already in place, working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and support staff while managing transactions at a high level.
This role is well suited for a motivated attorney who enjoys a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is looking to grow their career within a firm that provides both structure and long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
Collaborate closely with the Greenville office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
