What you will be doing:
  • Advising institutional investors, developers and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters
  • Structuring and executing acquisitions, dispositions and financings across diverse asset classes
  • Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan documents, leases and joint venture agreements
  • Managing due diligence including title, survey, environmental and zoning reviews
  • Advising on development projects from entitlement through completion
  • Collaborating with tax, construction and planning teams across practice areas

What you need to bring:

  • Four to six years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm
  • New York Bar admission or ability to become admitted promptly
  • Experience with multi-jurisdictional transactions
  • Exposure to institutional clients, private equity funds and REITs
  • Familiarity with real estate development and capital markets structures

This is a hybrid role based in New York, New York.
