We are seeking an experienced, highly technical, and detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with construction contracts, commercial transactions, real estate, or corporate law, along with excellent organizational, research, and document-management skills. This is an in-office position in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and revise construction contracts and related legal documents.

  • Assist attorneys with contract administration and project documentation.

  • Organize and maintain client files and legal documents.

  • Prepare correspondence, memoranda, and reports.

  • Coordinate document execution and signature processes.

  • Assist with due diligence and document review.

  • Track deadlines and maintain project files.

  • Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal staff.

  • Assist attorneys with monthly billing and invoicing.
