Job description

Asheville Ear, Nose and Throat, PA (AENT) is the oldest, largest, and most comprehensive ENT practice in Western North Carolina (WNC). The practice has the largest group of employed Audiologists in WNC, providing top notch audiological care, including hearing aid sales. The practice is owned equally by all physicians, and the new physician will be able to become a partner within 3 years.

Position Features:

  • All associate physicians are given a defined partnership track, partnership includes medical office real estate investment component and a surgery center investment opportunity

  • The practice has like-minded physicians who are committed to caring for the community while also remaining in private practice.

  • Call highlights

    • Facial trauma call (optional/can discuss)

    • Call divided equally

    • Call is paid

  • One half-day off each week
