Equipping relationships are any kind of growth-focused relationship such as coaching, mentoring, discipling, or small groups. These relationships help people close their growth gaps by providing them with the knowledge and skills they need to maximize their potential.
A servant leader is compelled by an unshakable desire to enrich the lives of others. This is a state of "being" for a leader, as well as a state of "doing". This compelling desire is manifested by a mindset that "Thinks of Others First." In every situation, a servant leader actively seeks the win for family, friends, team, and organization-all whom their lives touch.
