  • Complete the PLACE Agent Launch program Reset your career with our intensive 90-day training designed to sharpen the skills and knowledge essential for success as a REALTOR in today's market. On average, agents close or have 3.4 transactions pending during this focused period.
  • Implement real estate lead generation systems weekly
  • Secure buyers and sellers
  • Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
  • Dedicate at least 10 hours per week to lead generation, conversion, and appointment setting
  • Host a minimum of four open houses each month
  • Participate actively in team lead generation events and activities
  • Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls
