Job description

SUMMARY:

Our client seeks to hire an Associate Attorney to join their Banking and Finance Practice Team in any of their offices located in Michigan (Grand Rapids / Ann Arbor / Kalamazoo / Birmingham / Novi)

RESPONSIBILTIES:

- Assist the team in a wide range of transactions representing commercial lenders and borrowers on single- and multi-bank deals, including working capital lines of credit, term loan facilities, real estate facilities, and asset-based lending.

- Assist with structuring, negotiating, and documenting a variety of credit facilities, including secured and unsecured, syndicated, and single-lender deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Successful candidates will possess excellent academic credentials

- Strong drafting and analytical skills

- Ability to simultaneously juggle multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining a high level of responsiveness

- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding customer/client service skills.

- Admission to the Michigan bar is required.
