Job description

A leading real estate development, investment, and property management firm is seeking an Entry Level Accountant to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a recent accounting graduate or an experienced bookkeeper looking to take the next step in their accounting career.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and post routine journal entries
  • Understand and apply basic debit and credit principles
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with month-end closing activities
  • Review transactions for accuracy and proper account coding
  • Perform general bookkeeping and accounting duties as needed
