While Houston is our preferred location, candidates for our Dallas office will be considered. Responsibilities Review title, survey, leases and other due diligence deliverables. Coordinate with title companies, surveyors, and other transaction parties. Draft and review Purchase and Sale Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Leases and other closing documents. Qualifications Experience in real estate purchases, sales, financing and leasing. Prefer experience representing lenders, equity investors and developers.
