This is a premier opportunity to manage complex property matters for national and international clients within a firm celebrated for its excellence in real estate law and expansive national reach.

About the Role

As a Real Estate Associate based in our Los Angeles or Salt Lake City offices, you will serve as a strategic advisor on a wide array of high-profile property transactions. • Leasing & Operations: Navigate intricate commercial leasing agreements and provide counsel on property management and operational issues.
  • Specialized Counseling: Provide legal guidance on common interest communities and other specialized real estate structures.
  • Collaborative Execution: Deliver efficient legal services as a key member of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest quality of client service on a national scale.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-5 years of dedicated transactional real estate experience within a reputable law firm environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proven track record handling acquisitions, developments, and representation of financial institutions in real estate matters.
  • Bar Admission: Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction for which you are applying (California or Utah).
  • Academic Background: JD from an ABA-accredited law school with distinguished academic credentials and excellent communication skills.
  • Skills: Exceptional written and oral communication, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex deal flow for sophisticated clients.
Why This Opportunity?
  • Am Law 100 Prestige: Join a nationally recognized firm of more than 750 lawyers known for navigating the industry's most pivotal real estate deals.
  • Top-Tier Practice: Build your career within a group consistently ranked among the best real estate practices in the United States.
  • Professional Growth: Benefit from a culture of mentorship and strong leadership that actively encourages and supports your path toward partnership.
  • Elite Compensation: Competitive salary range of $205,000 – $275,000, plus eligibility for incentive and profit-sharing bonuses and a comprehensive, top-tier benefits package.
Location / Working Model
  • Location: Los Angeles, CA or Salt Lake City, UT.
  • Working Model: Our firm values the mentorship and synergy of in-person connection; this role operates within our modern office environments, fostering a culture of "thriving together" through regular collaboration.
