• Successfully finish the PLACE Launch program.
• Build and nurture robust client relationships by comprehending their unique real estate requirements and guiding them through the process of buying and selling.
• Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to market properties efficiently, maximizing exposure and attracting prospective buyers or tenants.
• Conduct thorough property evaluations and market analysis to provide clients with accurate pricing and market information.
• Collaborate and engage with other agents, brokers, and industry professionals to expand your network and enhance your real estate knowledge.
Qualifications
• You possess a natural drive for sales and a competitive edge.
• Skilled in building relationships, attentive to others' needs, and adept at finding solutions.
• Excels in prospecting and generating leads.
