At eXp Realty, the Chris Colgan Team is growing rapidly, fueled by Zillow Flex and attracting over 10 million social media views monthly. We seek a Showing Assistant eager to work hard, learn fast, and succeed in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Show homes to pre-qualified buyers (appointments provided)
  • Gain hands-on experience from top producers closing 50+ deals annually
  • Manage daily client communications with professionalism and responsiveness
  • Participate in daily team meetings, utilize proven scripts, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Complete field assignments while building your skills, efficiency, and confidence

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
