What You'll Do:
  • Conduct property tours for pre-qualified buyers with appointments provided
  • Learn directly from experienced top producers who close more than 50 transactions each year
  • Communicate with clients promptly, professionally, and consistently
  • Attend daily team meetings, use established scripts, and maintain reliable follow-up
  • Provide a high level of service while improving your confidence, productivity, and real estate expertise

Responsibilities
  • Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
  • Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
  • Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients' search criteria
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
  • Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
  • Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
