International Solutions Group (ISG) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Mclean, VA. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for consulting and analyzing data, with a focus on multifamily mortgage and real estate finance metrics. You will work with various databases, write advanced SQL queries, and utilize Informatica for data integration.

Responsibilities:
  • Consulting & Analysis: Provide data management consulting with advanced data analysis capabilities.
  • Domain Expertise: Understand multifamily mortgage data lifecycle and real estate finance metrics.
  • Multi-Database SQL Mastery: Write advanced SQL queries against Snowflake, MongoDB, and SQL Server.
  • Source Code Auditing: Interpret existing database code to trace data lineage and validate logic.
  • Core ETL Technology: Work with Informatica pipelines for data integration.
  • Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with Product Owners to scope work efforts and map implementation steps.
Requirements:Required Skills:
  • Data Analyst experience
  • Knowledge of Informatica
