MUST HAVE SALES AND REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE & be Energetic and Enthusiastic!

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us provide outbound calling for our real estate consulting clients. Specific training is provided, but experience working as an ISA or outbound call specialist is a MUST.
The focus of this role is having conversations with leads and setting appointments for Real Estate agents.

Tasks of the position include but are not limited to the following:
Calling new leads
Nurturing old leads
Setting appointments
Producing reports
Attending mandatory training
Managing Follow Up Boss accounts
Skills:
Excellent grammar
Fluent in English
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Excellent communication skills
Growth Mindset
CRM experience a plus Follow-up Boss

Compensation:
*$4/hour for 40 hours a week (FULL TIME)
*Weekly Payout via Transfer WiseTechnical Requirements:
* Internet- at least 15 Mbps with a backup wired internet connection
* Laptop or PC - at least i5 7th gen with 8GB of RAM and Windows 10 OS
