Blue Brick Real Estate is seeking a highly organized, dependable, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our boutique real estate office in Astoria, Queens. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and able to anticipate what needs to be done without constant direction.
The Executive Assistant will work closely with the company's leadership and assist with administrative operations, real estate transactions, listings, marketing, and client communication.
The right candidate is someone who stays several steps ahead, notices details others may miss, and takes ownership of their responsibilities. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change throughout the day. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, exercises good judgment, and can be trusted to handle important matters professionally and confidentially.
This is an in-person position.
Responsibilities
• Enter and update property listings across real estate platforms
• Assist with social media, mailers, blog posts, and other marketing projects
• Coordinate real estate transactions from accepted offer through closing or lease signing
• Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, showings, and follow-up reminders.
• Assist with occasional personal and executive-level administrative tasks
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize assignments and manage several active projects at once
• Professional, resourceful, and comfortable taking initiative
• Reliable follow-through and a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable communicating with clients and professionals by phone, email, and text

• Experience with Asana, Canva, DocuSign, Dropbox, CRM systems, MLS platforms, or real estate software is a plus
