Compensation:

$140,500+ commission at plan


Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their commercial real estate needs are met with precision and care.
  • Leverage our extensive network to identify and secure prime commercial properties that align with client goals.
  • Collaborate closely with our in-house team to deliver seamless transactions and exceptional client experiences.
  • Stay informed about market trends and industry developments to provide clients with insightful, up-to-date advice.
  • Negotiate lease and sale agreements, ensuring favorable terms for all parties involved.
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to effectively promote available properties.
  • Conduct thorough property evaluations and prepare detailed reports to guide client decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid California real estate license
  • Should have at least 1 year of experience working in the Real Estate industry
  • Excellent understanding of the local market in the San Francisco Bay Area
  • Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
  • Strong focus on personal development and goal-oriented mindset; keen attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial
  • Proficient in marketing and advertising practices
  • Prior experience in Sales is a must, or a strong desire to learn
