Real Estate Services Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA - Onsite 4 months+ with possible for extension? ASAP- 2/27

Hours: M-F 8-5

Resource's Typical Working Day:

A lot of tenant emails, need to be professional and provide customer service when responding. Knowing the importance of responding to emails. Will be doing some account Answering tenant emails, adding requests on to calendar Tenant move ins and outs Any building related work Will be working with security, janitorial, and engineering Looking at work orders Redispatching work orders Phones do not ring often, but answering phone calls and escalating if needed Primarily will be in building office

Must Have Skills:

Needs to be computer savvy- Microsoft Suite. Outlook, Excel and Word Customer Service Need to be able to follow the process

Nice to Have Skills:

Some accounting experience- Yardi, Oracle Ideally commercial experience Work order systems

Years of Experience:

Minimum of 2 years

Education:

Preferred associates degree

Software Skills:

Microsoft Office Skills- Outlook, Excel Word
