Practice Overview

The group represents buyers, sellers, lenders, owners, developers, and tenants across a broad range of commercial real estate matters involving all major asset classes.

Representative matters include:

  • Acquisitions and dispositions
  • Commercial leasing matters
  • Public and private financing transactions
  • Development projects
  • Zoning and land use entitlements
  • Permitting and regulatory matters
  • Real estate due diligence
  • Borrower and developer-side representation

Candidate Requirements

Qualified candidates will have:

  • At least two years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Prior law firm experience
  • Strong real estate fundamentals, including experience with:

Compensation
