1–3+ Years of Commercial Real Estate Experience

bigInk Commercial Real Estate represents restaurants, retailers, hospitality concepts, mixed-use developments, investors, landlords, tenants, and business owners throughout Texas. From site selection and leasing to investment sales and business brokerage, we help clients turn great ideas into successful businesses.

We're looking for a motivated Commercial Real Estate Broker who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and helping clients find the right opportunities.

If you have experience working with restaurant, retail, or hospitality clients, that's a definite plus—but not required. We welcome experienced commercial brokers from all backgrounds.

What You'll Do

  • Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors in commercial real estate transactions
  • Assist clients with leasing, acquisitions, site selection, and investment opportunities
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Develop long-term relationships through networking and business development
  • Tour commercial properties and conduct market research and analysis
  • Negotiate commercial leases and purchase agreements

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3+ years of commercial real estate brokerage experience
  • Active Texas Real Estate License
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Organized and able to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
  • Comfortable prospecting and developing new business

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience working with restaurant, hospitality, retail, or mixed-use commercial properties

  • Existing business relationships within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex commercial real estate market
