Real Estate Assistant Maintenance workers are professionals who support the upkeep and repair of properties managed by real estate companies, property managers, or landlords. They perform tasks such as routine inspections, basic repairs, cleaning, landscaping, and assisting with larger maintenance projects under the supervision of a lead technician or property manager. Their role helps ensure that properties remain safe, functional, and attractive for tenants and owners.
