The brokerage provides extensive online resources and in-person support to help clients navigate a wide range of real estate needs. With more than 150 Realtors, the team specializes in working with buyers and sellers, as well as short sales, distressed properties, and other complex transactions. The Brighton office maintains a professional, client-focused environment where real estate professionals and support staff collaborate to deliver high-quality service. This role is not with Remax Platinum. This is a role working directly with Joe Darwish, a top producer with Remax Platinum for the past 30 years.

Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Assistant role is based in Brighton, MI. The Real Estate Assistant supports Joe Darwish with daily administrative tasks, including managing calendars, preparing documents, handling phone and email inquiries, and maintaining client records. The role includes assisting with listing and transaction coordination, gathering property information, preparing marketing materials, and updating online listings. The Real Estate Assistant interacts with clients to ensure prompt responses, smooth communication, and an organized office environment. This position contributes to efficient operations by managing office supplies, supporting meetings and events, and helping agents stay on track with deadlines and compliance requirements.

Qualifications
