Job description

Buyer’s Agent – Buyer Leads & Appointments

Are you a real estate agent who loves working with buyers but wants more opportunities to actually meet and serve them?

EmpowerHome is growing in Raleigh, and we have buyer opportunities that need talented agents.

We’re looking for motivated, coachable real estate professionals who want to spend more time talking with buyers, showing homes, writing and negotiating offers, and helping families accomplish their real estate goals.

At EmpowerHome, you don't have to build every part of your real estate business alone.

We provide the systems, coaching, marketing, support, and opportunities designed to help great agents focus on what they do best: serving clients and selling real estate.

Why Join EmpowerHome?

For many agents, the biggest challenge isn't knowing how to open a lockbox or write an offer.

It's consistently creating enough quality opportunities to build a thriving business.

That's where EmpowerHome is different.

Our team works to generate opportunities and provide the systems, support, training, and accountability that help agents convert those opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Right now, we're growing in the Raleigh market and need Buyer’s Agents who are ready to step in and serve more clients.

What EmpowerHome Brings to the Table

We believe talented Buyer’s Agents should be able to spend more time working directly with clients instead of trying to create every system and opportunity themselves.

EmpowerHome agents can benefit from:

• Buyer leads and opportunities
• Appointment opportunities
• Lead generation and marketing support
• Proven buyer-conversion systems and processes
• Scripts and objection-handling training
• Ongoing sales coaching and skill development
• Administrative and transaction support
• Leadership and accountability
• A collaborative team environment
• Opportunities for professional and income growth
• A culture built around integrity, coachability, results, positive attitude, commitment, and 2nd Mile Service

Your Next Buyer Shouldn't Depend on Where Your Next Lead Comes From

Real estate agents are often expected to prospect, market themselves, generate leads, nurture their database, schedule appointments, show homes, negotiate contracts, manage transactions, and somehow find enough hours in the day to do it all over again.

EmpowerHome was built around a different model.

We want great agents focused on high-value activities: building relationships, securing client commitment, helping buyers make strong decisions, negotiating effectively, and creating an exceptional real estate experience.

If you're a Raleigh real estate agent who wants more opportunities, proven systems, strong coaching, and a team behind you, we want to talk with you.

Bring the work ethic, coachability, and commitment to serve clients.

We'll bring the systems, support, coaching, marketing, and opportunities designed to help you grow.

Apply today to learn more about becoming a Buyer’s Agent with EmpowerHome in Raleigh, NC.

Compensation:

$104,000 - $196,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with prospective homebuyers throughout Raleigh and the surrounding Triangle market

  • Conduct buyer consultations and earn committed client relationships

  • Understand each buyer's motivation, goals, timeline, and financial needs

  • Help clients identify and evaluate the right properties

  • Schedule and conduct home showings

  • Educate buyers about market conditions and the home-buying process

  • Prepare and negotiate competitive offers while protecting your buyer's interests

  • Help clients navigate inspections, appraisal, financing, and other contract milestones

  • Maintain proactive communication from the first conversation through closing

  • Follow up consistently with prospective buyers

  • Follow EmpowerHome's proven buyer systems and sales processes

  • Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and accountability

  • Deliver the 2nd Mile Service EmpowerHome clients expect

Qualifications:

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Hold an active North Carolina real estate license or meet EmpowerHome's applicable licensing requirements

  • Love working directly with homebuyers

  • Want more opportunities to meet prospective clients

  • Are comfortable conducting buyer consultations and asking clients for commitment

  • Communicate clearly and build trust quickly

  • Are responsive and disciplined with follow-up

  • Enjoy showing homes and helping buyers make confident decisions

  • Are comfortable negotiating contracts

  • Are coachable and willing to follow proven systems

  • Value accountability and continued skill development

  • Have a client-first mindset

  • Want to grow your real estate career in Raleigh and the Triangle
