We are seeking dedicated team members who are committed to understanding client needs, conducting thorough due diligence, and providing clear guidance, strategic planning, and effective solutions throughout the real estate process.
Responsibilities
  • Lead generate for 15 hours a week
  • Conduct two open houses monthly
  • Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
  • Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
  • Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
  • Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
  • Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
  • Participate in team activities per team standards
  • Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
  • Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services
