Responsibilities:
  • Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research
  • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
  • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Consult with clients to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
  • "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice

Qualifications:
  • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred
  • Must have a current NC Real Estate License

  • Display a people-oriented, positive, and customer-focused attitude
