TheProduction Operations rolefor Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for following established operation procedures, maintaining appropriate training records for your role, sustaining a smooth flow of material, and the execution of work orders to on-time completion.


This position reports to the Supervisor of Reagent Operations and is part of Reagent Operations department located inChaska, MN, and will beon-site.If you thrive in a fast-paced dynamic role and want to work to build a world-class manufacturing organization-read on.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute the daily production plan to due date conformance and quality standards according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assure compliance with FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize a variety of laboratory equipment, such as pH meters, conductivity meters, analytical balances, automated and semi-automated production equipment to deliver high quality product to downstream customers.


The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Must have 5+ years relevant experience. High School Diploma required; AA Degree or Tech degree preferred
  • Proven track record of good laboratory practices (GLP)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • A regulated industry preferred (e.g. FDA, ISO)

The hourly range for this role is $25-30/hr This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
