The Role
As a Wireless Sales Associate, youll be an essential part of the store team the first face customers see and a key reason they leave happy. Working side by side with our Sales Representatives, youll be responsible for:
Welcoming customers and setting the tone for a great experience
Managing inbound calls and connecting customers with the right solutions
Demonstrating devices and walking customers through product features
Setting up accessories and getting customers ready to go
Diagnosing and resolving basic device and service issues
Delivering reliable, friendly customer service at every touchpoint
Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment
Completing CRM entries and supporting back-office record-keeping
