Ready Wireless Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual to lead a Total Wireless location and drive growth through exceptional service and local engagement. As a Store Manager, you will be the driving force behind your store's success, fostering a positive culture, developing your team, and expanding our presence.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to combine their leadership and sales expertise with a community-focused approach, all while enjoying a compensation structure that rewards success.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating exceptional customer interaction and sales techniques, while also embodying the desired store culture.
  • Drive sales performance and growth across key business metrics through effective leadership, coaching, and sales strategies.
  • Oversee the daily operations of a Total Wireless location, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
  • Create and maintain a positive, energetic, and welcoming culture for both the sales team and our valued customers.
  • Champion community engagement and marketing initiatives to build relationships and organically drive traffic / referrals to the store.
  • Create and execute marketing plans (both online and in person) within the community to drive foot traffic to your location
  • Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging social media content to drive traffic to your location
  • Responsible for remotely managing store sales and operations when not physically present in the location.

What You'll Bring:

  • 2+ years of proven success in sales
  • A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team to deliver outstanding results.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and constantly evolving retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule of up to 45+ hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
