Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop personalized therapy plans.
• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to create a supportive and interdisciplinary approach to client care.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base consists primarily of individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health services. We provide care for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and emotional disturbances. Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Possession of active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Virginia.
• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in clinical settings.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing the practice of counseling.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team, contributing to effective client care.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and related technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse counseling, or trauma-informed care.
• Experience in providing therapy in community health settings or working with underserved populations.
• Familiarity with best practices in remote counseling and telehealth services.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition, members of our team enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including:
