Job description

Job Summary:
Exos is looking to add a Nutrition Specialist to join our team. Only candidates who are currently credentialed as Registered Dietitians will be considered for this role. As a Nutrition Specialist, you will provide personalized one-on-one and group nutrition support through our holistic programs. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver a seamless and integrated nutrition experience between food and human performance.
Below is a summary of the Nutrition Specialist responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one nutrition consultations tailored to corporate employees with a holistic focus on sustainable behavior change
  • Design and implement nutrition programs aligned with Exos Nutrition Methodology to support corporate wellness initiatives and employee needs
  • Lead and facilitate presentations, workshops, and webinars for groups of varying sizes and organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • Confidently present both virtually and in-person, adapting communication style to resonate with diverse audiences
  • Work collaboratively with culinary and fitness team members, providing a seamless experience of wellness between food and fitness for client employees
  • Support employee engagement through on-site activations, educational events, and partnering with various employee network groups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of consultations, program participation, and outcomes in digital EMR platform

Required Qualifications:
  • Registered dietitian with bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition required (Master's degree in exercise physiology or nutrition preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience
  • Superb presentation/lecture skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Hold advanced nutrition certifications - (CDE, CSSD, CSOWM)
  • Hold industry certifications (NSCA- CSCS or NASM)
  • Experience working in corporate wellness, employee health, or executive coaching environments
  • Familiarity with behavior change coaching, motivational interviewing, and performance nutrition
