A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENT ASSISTANT
This is a full-time with a set schedule, with dynamic hours. The hours are 3pm - 9pm and scheduled dates are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and every other weekend (approximately 24 - 30 hours a week).
As our Resident Assistant, you'll assist our seniors with daily routines, medication management, and apartment upkeep, while encouraging social engagement and building meaningful connections. You'll help maintain a safe, clean environment and work closely with your team to ensure every resident feels supported and valued.
