As the StaffNurse, you will apply your dynamic abilities by:
- Assistingwith the coordination and supervision of quality nursing care services forassigned residents that reflect the facility's philosophy
- Promotingthe individual independence of residents served
- Assuringthat resident or family concerns and complaints are handled
- Promotinga positive work environment
The ideal candidate willpossess the following:
- Currentlicense as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse in Indiana
- Abilityto read, write, and make simple mathematical calculations
- Experiencein long-term care or public health nursing, or equivalent experience in ahospital, retirement community, or nursing facility preferred
- Abilityto remain stationary 50-100%; position self to exert 10-30lbs of force or tomove objects
