Job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in React and TypeScript along with ServiceNow development and integrations. The role will focus approximately 70% on full-stack development and 30% on ServiceNow development and integration. The ideal candidate will have experience building enterprise applications, reusable React components, REST APIs, backend services, SQL/database solutions, and ServiceNow customizations. Experience with AI/LLM applications, RAG-based solutions, and conversational AI is preferred. The candidate should have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be comfortable participating in development, testing, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain enterprise applications using React, TypeScript, and C#/.NET.
• Build reusable React components, single-page applications (SPAs), dashboards, forms, data tables, and API-driven workflows.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and related technologies.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and support database development, data transformation, and enterprise integrations.
• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
• Configure and develop ServiceNow scripting components including business rules and client scripts.
• Integrate ServiceNow with React applications, backend services, and other enterprise systems.
• Contribute to AI and LLM-powered applications, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), conversational interfaces, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Work with Azure services including Azure App Service, API Management, and Key Vault.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and modern application deployment practices.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, and RBAC.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and production support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Follow secure coding, development, testing, and deployment best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with React 18+ and TypeScript.
• Strong JavaScript development and single-page application (SPA) experience.
• Experience developing reusable React components and modern frontend applications.
• Experience with C#/.NET, ASP.NET Core, and REST APIs.
• Strong SQL and database development experience.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Experience developing and consuming enterprise REST APIs and integrating multiple systems.
• Experience with AI/LLM applications, RAG, or conversational AI.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and CI/CD practices.
• Understanding of OAuth2, OIDC, JWT, SSO, and role-based access control (RBAC).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience integrating React applications with ServiceNow.
• Experience with Azure API Management (APIM) and Azure Key Vault.
