Responsibilities - Collaborate closely with U.S.-based teams for seamless cross-continental development and support.
- Design, develop, and implement robust software solutions using React, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS. - Serve as the primary technical contact during U.S. off-hours, ensuring 24/7 operational stability.
- Contribute to the transition and scale-up of development operations in Poland. - Support and enhance the Pro Golf platform, including labor management, fleet tracking, maintenance automation, and agronomic data integration. - Maintain high-velocity development cycles and deliver reliable, scalable applications.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous integration to uphold software quality. Required Skills and Experience - Proficiency in React, Node.js, and TypeScript for front-end and back-end development. - Experience with AWS services such as EC2, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS, and ECS.
- Familiarity with Express, GraphQL, and Java (legacy support). - Competence in testing frameworks such as Mocha, Jest, and Cypress. - Hands-on experience with databases like Cassandra and PostgreSQL.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in distributed, international teams. - Ability to work 8am-5pm Poland time and provide after-hours support as needed. Preferred Skills - Experience transitioning Java-based platforms to Node.js.
- Background in real-time data integration or IoT solutions. - Exposure to mobile-responsive web applications. - Knowledge of golf course management, agronomics, or related domains.
