The H1B visa allows U.S. companies to employ foreign workers in specialty occupations that require theoretical or technical expertise. React JS Developers on H1B visas typically work for technology companies or consulting firms and must have at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field. They are responsible for developing and maintaining web applications, collaborating with teams, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the user interface.
