Primary Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications using Pega Constellation.
  • Translate technical designs into scalable application solutions.
  • Develop, troubleshoot, enhance, and document application components.
  • Lead technical implementation and provide guidance to development teams.
  • Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Collaborate with project managers, QA teams, and stakeholders throughout the SDLC.
  • Manage technical risks, support release activities, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Contribute to application architecture, technical design, and best practices.
  • Support DevOps processes, testing, and deployment activities.
  • Troubleshoot complex application and integration issues.
  • Stay current with Pega technologies and drive continuous process improvements.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise web applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pega 24 and Pega Constellation.
  • Experience with Constellation SDKs and custom component development.
  • Strong knowledge of Java, React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and object-oriented programming principles.
  • Experience with Tomcat, DevOps tools, Agile methodologies, and software development best practices.
  • Understanding of source control, code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and application deployment.
