Job description

Position: Java React Developer

Experience: -9+ Years

Location: -Boston, USA (Once a Week)

Employment Type: Contract to Hire

Responsibilities: -

  • Understand business requirement and generate the solution.
  • Research, construct, develop, debug and test applications.
  • Responsible for providing technical leadership during software development to ensure that the team delivers bug-free releases and aligns to industry best practices.
  • Meet with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
  • Review application requirements and interface designs.
  • Identify web-based user interactions.
  • Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts.
  • Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes.
  • Develop and implement front-end and back-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
  • Monitor and improve front-end and back-end performance.
  • Document application changes and develop updates.
  • Debug and enable performance tuning in application as necessary.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional team whenever necessary to achieve timely results.
  • Collaborate, coordinate, and communicate across disciplines and departments.
  • Identify the improvement areas in application and provide the solution.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and requirements.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the Company's core values.

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Mandatory skills

  • Backend: Java 7/8/11 (Java from core to advanced concepts), JUnit, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Service API, Microservices
  • Frontend: ReactJS, React Hooks, CSS, Bootstrap, HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, Jest unit testing framework
  • DB: PL/SQL, Oracle 11g
  • OS: Windows, Linux Experience working with business/IT users to understand business requirements, analyze existing code, and write functional and technical specification
  • Good organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to meet defined deadlines
  • Planning, organizing, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to quickly attain and understand new processes with attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work on multiple tasks and work well under pressure
