Solutions Architect
Remote - (EST)
As a Solutions Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading the architecture design and direction of our flagship products and services.
In this hands-on leadership position, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, AI scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers, to create robust and scalable solutions.
Your expertise in architecting technology solutions will combine with the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI's GPT 3/4 to use AI techniques to solve real-world business problems.
Responsibilities:
  • Architect and design end-to-end solutions for our B2B SaaS products in collaboration with product management and engineering teams.
  • Create innovative and scalable software architecture using React.js, Typescript, and Python
  • Employ modern cloud native technology to scale and optimize hosting end-to-end
  • Diagram and communicate technical direction and architecture effectively, utilizing a collaborative approach promoting the meritocracy of ideas
  • Guide the technology direction, implementing architectural best practices, coding standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality code
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to combine form with function to optimize the user experience Build products utilizing modern Large Language Models (LLMs), leveraging 3rd party APIs and home-grown AI models and other relevant technologies
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve the software architecture and development processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with developers and stakeholders to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, fostering their growth and development.

Qualifications:
  • Proven technology leader with at least 5 years work experience culminating as a Tech Lead, Application Architect, Solution Architect or similar role
  • Experience with multiple architecture styles and the judgement when to choose between traditional CRUD, Event Driven, Microservices, CQRS or other modern architectures
  • Hands-on experience designing and developing React.js web applications and Python-based services using frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
  • Extensive knowledge of web application architectures, such as: RESTful APIs, BFF, GraphQL, or microservices architectures
  • Experience designing Cloud architectures preferably with AWS or equivalent (Azure, GCP, etc)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, AI scientists, product managers, and UI/UX designers
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
