Reach Lift Operator
Pay: $18.00 (DOE)
Schedule: Full-time |
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reach Lift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a reach truck to move, stack, and organize inventory in a fast-paced distribution environment while maintaining accuracy and following all safety procedures.
Responsibilities:

  • Operate a reach lift to transport materials throughout the warehouse.
  • Pick, pull, and replenish inventory from high rack storage locations.
  • Load and unload pallets and products safely and efficiently.
  • Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.
  • Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory.
  • Inspect equipment before each shift and report any maintenance concerns.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
  • Assist with general warehouse duties when not operating equipment.

Skills and Experience:

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent reach lift experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Basic math and reading skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening (if applicable).
Physical Requirements:

  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, twist, and reach throughout the shift.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
