Real Estate Agent – Join The Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive

Where Agents Go From Uncertain to Unstoppable

If you are like most agents in today’s shifting market, you have probably felt it:

  • The pressure of inconsistent income.
  • The frustration of chasing business alone.
  • The doubt that maybe you should be further along by now.

Those feelings are real. And they are common, especially when the market becomes unpredictable.

But the difference between agents who struggle and agents who thrive is not talent. It is the system and support around them.

At The Premier Team at RE/MAX Executive, we have built an environment where agents do more than survive the market. They grow, gain confidence, and build real momentum.

What You Step Into

Consistent Opportunity

You will receive high-quality, high-intent opportunities daily, including Zillow Flex connections, team-generated appointments, and live conversations ready for follow-up. These are not cold leads. These are people already raising their hands.

Support That Removes the Guesswork

Our training is not theoretical. It is hands-on, proven, and centered around real conversations that turn into closings. You will learn exactly what to say, how to follow up, and how to convert.

A Community That Has Your Back

With four offices across the Charlotte Metro and a deeply collaborative culture, you will never feel isolated or unsure of your next step. Our agents help each other win.

A System That Builds Confidence

When agents plug into our daily structure, mentorship, and accountability, something shifts.

They stop feeling stuck

and start feeling in control again.

Who Thrives Here

We are the right fit for you if you are:

  • A licensed NC real estate agent (or getting licensed soon)
  • Strong with people and communication
  • Coachable and willing to follow a proven game plan
  • Consistent with follow-up

Driven by growth and ready to step into a higher-performing version of yourself

Your Next Chapter Starts Here

If you are ready to stop guessing, stop grinding alone, and step into a system where you can grow your income, skills, and confidence, then you will feel right at home here.

This is more than joining a team.

This is stepping into the support, structure, and opportunity you have been missing.

Connect with us today, and let’s see if our team can help you achieve your goals.

Compensation:

$75,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads (Zillow Flex, team-generated appointments, etc.) and follow up consistently using proven conversion systems
  • Conduct buyer consultations and seller presentations to understand client needs and guide them through the transaction process
  • Show homes to prospective buyers and schedule listing appointments
  • Write and negotiate offers on behalf of clients, ensuring their best interests are represented
  • Maintain active communication with clients, agents, lenders, and vendors throughout the transaction
  • Use CRM tools to manage your pipeline and ensure timely follow-up
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to share knowledge, strategies, and support
  • Stay up to date with local market trends, inventory, and real estate best practices
  • Uphold the values and reputation of The Premier Team and RE/MAX Executive in all client and industry interactions

Qualifications:
  • Active North Carolina Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one) – Required to represent buyers and sellers in transactions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills – Ability to build rapport quickly and guide clients through emotional, high-stakes decisions
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic – Comfortable working independently while following proven systems for success
  • Willingness to follow up with leads consistently – Organized and responsive, with a commitment to nurturing relationships over time
  • Coachability and team-first mindset – Open to feedback, eager to learn, and thrives in a collaborative, high-performance environment
