What You’ll DoAs a Planner Scheduler Level 3, you’ll lead the development, maintenance, and reporting of integrated project schedules across complex scopes of work. You’ll partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams to ensure schedule integrity, identify risks and constraints, and support project recovery strategies.


In this role, you will:

  • Develop integrated, logic-driven project schedules
  • Establish and manage approved schedule baselines
  • Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis
  • Lead schedule update and coordination meetings
  • Support schedule recovery and acceleration planning
  • Prepare executive-level reports and schedule narratives
  • Ensure compliance with ENTEK planning standards
  • Mentor and support junior planners and schedulers
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred
  • More than five (5) years of progressive planning and scheduling experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software
  • Strong understanding of EPC, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sequencing

Your Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Some domestic and occasional international travel may be required to support project execution.
