Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Immigration Attorney, you will be responsible for:
1. Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of immigration law, including removal defense, re-entry cases, immigration status, and residency.
2. Conducting thorough legal research to stay updated on changes in immigration law and procedures.
3. Drafting, reviewing, and filing all types of immigration applications and petitions.
4. Representing clients in immigration court proceedings, including removal defense cases.
5. Preparing legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, appeals, and motions.
6. Negotiating with opposing parties, government agencies, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcome for clients.
7. Ensuring full legal compliance in all activities and operations.
8. Managing a high volume of cases from inception through closure.
9. Providing counsel and guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.
10. Analyzing legal issues and providing strategic solutions.

Qualifications:
