Walnut Creek, CA | Part-time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Pay: $30+ per hour DOE

We are a friendly and growing pediatric dental practice dedicated to helping children feel comfortable and confident at the dentist. We are currently hiring a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced RDA looking for a supportive team culture with opportunities for growth and long-term stability.
What You'll Do:
Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
  • Take digital X-rays and impressions.
  • Ensure a positive, reassuring experience for children and families.
  • Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
  • Complete accurate clinical notes.
  • Work within Eaglesoft and Oryx dental software systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support front office and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Help maintain efficient daily patient flow.
  • Communicate professionally with patients, parents, and team members.
Qualifications:
  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license.
  • Current X-ray certification (state required).
  • CPR/BLS certification.
  • Pediatric dental experience preferred.
  • Front office or dental reception experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy clinical environment.
  • Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
