Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

Hourly Rate: $48.00 โ€“ $53.00 per hour

Position Summary
RCM Healthcare Services is hiring school-based Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) for positions in the Salem, OR area. This role involves delivering speech and language evaluations, therapy services, and educational support to students in a collaborative school-based environment. 

Responsibilities

โ€ข Schedule / Shift

  • Shift details: Mondayโ€“Friday following school schedule
  • Hours per week: Full-time and part-time opportunities available
  • Contract length: 2026โ€“2027 school year

โ€ข Key Duties:

  • Provide speech and language assessments, evaluations, and therapy services to students up to age 5
  • Deliver in-person speech therapy services in accordance with IEP goals and educational plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions manually or electronically
  • Complete IEP documentation and end-of-year process reports as required
  • Collaborate with school staff, families, and interdisciplinary teams regarding student progress and therapy plans

Requirements

  • Required: Masterโ€™s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field

โ€ข Licenses & Certifications

  • Required: SLP License from Oregon Board of Examiners for SLP (BSPA)
  • Required: Specialized endorsement through the Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC)
  • Required: Fingerprints
