RCM Operations Analyst

Sun Life Health is seeking an experiencedRCM Operations Analyst to help drive revenue cycle performance across billing, claims, collections, denials, accounts receivable, and reimbursement.

In this role, you'll turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights-identifying trends, researching root causes, developing KPIs and dashboards, and providing recommendations that improve reimbursement, reduce denials, increase collections, and strengthen overall revenue cycle performance. You'll work closely with Revenue Cycle leadership and teams across billing, coding, clinical operations, and front office operations.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
  • Strong knowledge of billing, claims, denials, collections, A/R, payer processes, and reimbursement
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • eClinicalWorks (eCW) and FQHC experience strongly preferred
