Job description

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

What You Will Do
  • Deliver direct ABA services in the setting identified for the assigned case, which may include a home, school, clinic, or community setting.

  • Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by the supervising BCBA.

  • Collect accurate data and complete clear, timely session notes.

  • Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.

  • Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.

  • Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.

  • Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.

Qualifications
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification through the BACB.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or a related field is helpful.

  • Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

  • Reliable transportation and the ability to travel to assigned service locations.
