At Intellistars ABA, we are committed to providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services to children and families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

Deliver RBT services: Provide ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disorders in-home, in-clinic, or community settings.
Implement treatment plans: Carry out treatment plans developed by BCBAs, including skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and crisis intervention.
Record and report data: Accurately record and report data on behavior, progress, and treatment plans to BCBAs and other team members.
Collaborate with team members: Work closely with BCBAs, family members, and other support staff to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.

Requirements:

Certificate in RBT: Possess a valid Certificate in RBT from the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
