Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Pay, Benefits & Perks
- $20.00–$22.00/hour for billable RBT hours based on experience
- Once you have completed Behavior Technician (BT) training, but prior to completing RBT Certification, you will receive 15.0 for each billable client hour worked
- 14.00/hour paid for all non-billable training and administrative time
- Candidates with an active RBT certification at the time of hire will receive a $200-bonus on their first paycheck
- Fully paid training — no experience required

RBT Career Path Program

Position Details
- Monday–Friday between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hours vary based on client needs and scheduling
- Optional Saturdays available twice per month based on client needs
- Immediate openings available pending successful completion of onboarding and background check

What You’ll Do
- Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in center-based and/or home-based settings
- Teach communication, social, behavioral, and self-help skills to children with autism
- Work one-on-one or in small group settings with clients
- Collect and record data to track client progress
- Provide written and verbal updates regarding treatment goals and progress
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Attend trainings, meetings, and workshops for continued professional development
- Follow all company policies, confidentiality requirements, and mandated reporting standards
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
- Passion for helping children and families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Must obtain Florida Driver License before end of training
- Fingerprinting for Florida Medicaid is required
