Job Title: Behavior Technician (RBT)

Job Type: Part-Time

Position Overview: Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician RBT to provide in-home, or daycare-based therapy for children with developmental disabilities. As a Registered Behavior Technician RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). In this role, the Registered Behavior Technician RBT will implement individualized behavior plans, collect detailed data, and use positive reinforcement techniques to enhance the client’s quality of life. The Registered Behavior Technician RBT is key to delivering structured therapy and ensuring consistent progress. Our ideal Registered Behavior Technician RBT will collaborate with families, caregivers, and the clinical team to ensure each child reaches their fullest potential. Above all, the Registered Behavior Technician RBT will uphold professional standards ,and advocate for each child’s needs.
