About This Role

We're on the lookout for dedicated and empathetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and deliver ABA therapy services across multiple locations.

As an RBT, you'll work closely with a BCBA to empower clients in developing essential life skills, and at Chroma Early Start, we combine clinical expertise with early learning to nurture each child's unique potential.

What You'll Do

Our RBTs work in schools or clinics, providing direct therapy services and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a BCBA.

Through evidence-based ABA strategies and positive reinforcement, our team members teach communication, social, self-help, play, and academic skills.

Collecting accurate data, maintaining session notes, and adhering to ethical and professional standards are also key responsibilities.

Effective communication with supervisors, caregivers, and team members is vital, as well as ensuring client safety and dignity at all times.

We also encourage participation in training, supervision meetings, and ongoing professional development to enhance our team's expertise.


Requirements
  • Ability to pass background checks and required clearances
