What is an RBT agency?

An RBT agency is an organization that employs Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, typically to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities. These agencies are responsible for hiring, training, and supervising RBTs, who work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
